An experience where refined cuisine meets the untamed beauty of the bush. Our kitchen brings a level of fine dining rarely found in such a remote setting, thoughtfully created in collaboration with acclaimed chef Luke Dale Roberts.
Ingredients are sourced locally, with the majority of our produce coming directly from our own organic farm, ensuring exceptional freshness, seasonality and a true connection to the land.
In the main lodge, overlooking the watering hole and our saltwater pool, where elephants are often seen passing by, each setting offers a constant connection to the wild. For more intimate moments, a separate private dining space offers a secluded and refined setting, where each moment feels unhurried and quietly extraordinary.
